Balasore is situated in the state of Orissa. The city of Balasore witness dramatic weather change through out the year. The hot seasons last from the month of March to the month of June with temperatures rising up to 40 'C although the cool summer breeze cools down the temperature all year around. Winter begins from the month of October to February with the north-easterly winds flowing in, with cool mornings and evenings.
